ပင္ကို ဗီဇအားျဖင့္....တစ္ေကာင္တည္း
ဒါေပမယ့္ ကင္းျမီွးေကာက္
ကိုယ္က မတ္တပ္ရပ္ေနလ်က္
အားလံုးအလည္မွာ ေဇာက္ထိုးျဖစ္ေနတက္
ေဒါင္က်က် ျပားက်က်
ေဇာက္ထိုးျဖစ္ေနပံုကိုက အားလံုးအလည္မွာ
ထင္ရွားသည့္အမွတ္အသား
ဘာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ မထီတရီအျပံဳးနဲ႔
အားလံုးအလည္မွာ လက္မေထာင္ျပဦးမယ္။

Wow.. such a good poem. Yeah some of our leaders are just like your "Kin Mi Kauk". Compromising and negotiation are out of their contexts which is one of the critical skills for any leaders.
